You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant DSH Studios a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content as part of the directory. You represent that submissions to third-party repositories comply with their respective licenses.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Listings do not equal an endorsement or security review. Third-party plugins can access files, credentials, and network resources. Review the source repository before installing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSH Studios is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or from interactions with third-party plugins discovered through the directory.

Governing law

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the jurisdiction where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
